How your online dermatologist visit works

The dermanostic app is a telemedicine application. You can use the dermanostic app anytime, anywhere. Within a maximum of 24 hours, you will receive a doctor's letter from a dermatologist about your skin change via the dermanostic app. You can also obtain your medication throughout the EU with a private prescription.

The basic service costs from 28€ per treatment case and includes diagnosis, treatment recommendation and private prescription.

In addition to our dermatologist treatment, we also offer the "Standard" package with all the services from "Basic" and an additional personalised skincare plan, instructions on proper cleansing, further tips and exclusive skincare product recommendations. This service costs from per treatment.

The "Premium" package includes all services plus a medical check-up within 6 weeks and an even faster response time for queries. This service costs from 68€ per treatment case.

All packages are one-off payments. No subscription is taken out for any of our packages.

If you consent to the transmission of your data for teledermatological treatment, your data will be processed and secured on servers in Germany (Deutsche Telekom) in accordance with data protection regulations. Your health data (name, date of birth, address and information on treatment, etc.) will be stored separately in encrypted form and forwarded unchanged to the medical specialists at the cooperating practices.

If medical follow-up care is required or desired, this will be carried out on behalf of the cooperating practices by medical specialists from Dermanostic GmbH. In this case, the medically trained specialist will contact you by telephone or via the app if you have used it for data transmission.
