dermanostic is a telemedicine service that allows you to send your skin problem online, in particular via an app, to a dermatologist. You can use the service anytime (even on weekends) and anywhere (even outside of Germany). The private prescriptions are valid throughout the EU.

Your employer pays the treatment costs for you! This includes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation and private prescription as well as the opportunity to ask questions.

Your data is processed and secured on servers in Germany (Deutsche Telekom) in accordance with data protection regulations. The examining dermatologist receives the medical information relevant to him in order to make the diagnosis (principle of data economy). If the treating dermatologists consider a second professional assessment of your treatment case to be necessary, the interdisciplinary panel of experts (specialists in otorhinolaryngology, urology, ophthalmology, rheumatology, etc.) will be consulted as an advisor. If medical aftercare is required or desired, this is carried out on behalf of Dr. Lang's practice by medical professionals from Dermanostic GmbH. In this case, the medically trained specialist will contact you via telephone or via the app if you have used it to transfer data. Your health data (name, date of birth, address and treatment information, etc.) is pseudonymized and stored separately in encrypted form. Your information will not be shared for marketing or advertising purposes. If you wish to have your medication delivered to your preferred pharmacy, your prescription data will only be forwarded with your consent.
